Clean Air HCC Competition Winners

All of our Year 4 pupils were asked to design a poster for Clean Air Day 2022 (16th June 2022) to encourage others to undertake one of the Small Steps to Big Change to improve the quality of our air and improve our
health. The children had to promote one of the following small steps: Leave the Car at Home, Park and Stride, Help Nature: Plant Trees, Spread the Word or Turn Engines Off. All of Year 4 worked incredibly hard on their designs and were incredibly passionate about air pollution and how we can encourage others to reduce it.  This week, Miss Bland was contacted by Hampshire County Council with the good news that we have no less than 4 winners at Westfields Junior School (3 first prizes and one runner up!)
